Ingredients: black currant leaves, peppermint leaves, oregano, hypericum, hop cones.

Preparation: 1-2 teaspoons per cup of boiling water collection, to insist 10 minutes, drain.

Use: in the evening and at bedtime to 1 cup.

An aid in sleep disorders. Hypericum has a slight sedative effect.
